Close Protection Operations: High-Risk Environments is a 5-day, 45-hour program designed for security and protection professionals looking to expand their skill set, gain practical experience, and strengthen their professional résumé.
Whether you're currently working in close/executive protection, law enforcement or the military, or looking to build upon previous security and protection training, this course provides an opportunity to learn, practice, and apply protective concepts in a professionally instructed environment. More specifically, this course is not for beginners to protective operations, and is designed for career advancement training.
Students will progress through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on practical training, vehicle exercises, live-fire range work, and realistic scenario-based missions—moving from individual concepts into increasingly integrated protective operations.
Cadre
Learn from elite special forces operators with decades of experience with high risk/threat protective security details, clandestine operations, and more. To compliment, there will be special guest instructors and role players from other special operations backgrounds and protection communities.

Surveillance awareness & recognition
Advance work & route planning
Lone-operator & team-based protective operations

Vehicle-based protective operations & contingencies
Urban movement & 360° security
Crowd and civil-unrest considerations
Protective pistol & carbine applications
Movement, cover & vehicle-based firearms exercises
Protective medicine & casualty movement
Evacuation & extraction considerations
Mission planning & scenario-based protective operations
As the week progresses, students will have opportunities to put these skills together during increasingly complex practical exercises and protective missions.
